Trans fatty acids
Fatty acids formed during industrial oil hydrogenation, found in processed foods and fast food. Associated with inflammation, insulin resistance, and anovulatory infertility. Eliminating industrial trans fats is one of the most evidence-supported nutritional steps for fertility.
